360 Outsourced Service Desk

We specialise in dedicated and shared Service Desk solutions tailored to your specific SLA and Reporting requirements.

Our standard SLA’s is 80% FTF (First Time Fix) and is serviced by a large team of highly trained engineers operating out of our head office in Cherrywood.

The solution is designed to take away the inefficiencies caused by technical issues to user systems and the loss of productivity due to these technical issues not being resolved immediately. Each employee receives a dedicated service desk number that they can call to report an issue. This issue is logged and resolved immediately in over 80% of the cases. The other 20% are resolved within 60 minutes, We use remote systems to take control of the user PC and resolve the problem while the client is still talking with us over the phone.
