Decision-makers and non-IT employees are now driving the trend for custom company App solutions in a bid to modernise workflows and streamline business efficiencies.
Paul took to the ‘IoT & Industry 4.0 Summit’ stage this morning to showcase how companies are taking this front-end ‘low-code’ approach to achieve differentiated customer experiences and streamline internal work processes with the Microsoft Power Platform.
“We’re starting to see decision-makers and management coming to us to upgrade or elevate every-day manual or repetitive workflows,” says Paul.
“Our clients are looking for ways to be more competitive and efficient in their business day-to-day. Saving time on manual process, streamlining process flow and making decisions on the go with Mobile Apps are all high on all corporate strategies.”
“A lot of our customers are not looking for a full system migration, they need their legacy infrastructure to connect or speak to the front-end of their business. Our tools, products and collaborative processes have been built out using the Power Platform (Microsoft Forms, Power BI, PowerApps), Azure, Microsoft cognitive services and our own unique IP. Evros Labs elevates every-day business workflows through the development of customised, intelligent and streamlined solutions that not only advance manual processes but deliver valuable data analysis and insight from your own business.
“The trust and collaboration surrounding our app solution is what drives value into the company. With Evros Labs, you tell us what you want to do, and our low-cost, high-turnaround incubator model builds and tests an App solution in a truly collaborative manner,” he added.
President, Founder and Chairman of GconnTec & Host In Ireland Garry Connolly kicked off this morning’s seminar with a quick overview of industrial revolution, showcasing our growing relationship with technology.
Then, Equinix’s Direnc Dogruoz explored how companies are achieving their digital edge by moving to the Cloud, and digitising supply chains to get to market more rapidly. Principal Product Manager Direnc highlighted integral inter-connectivity features such as Fabric connections, which is enabling on-demand networks and traffic rerouting, giving full connectivity optimisation.
Russel Morris from Microsoft followed Direnc and examined how organisations are leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies to transform workplaces through a structured 5-step process. Lauded as the most compliant and truly hybrid cloud, he emphasised that enterprises should migrate to Azure where appropriate and move systems only if it makes sense commercially.
FACT: Only 5% of Microsoft’s entire infrastructure sits on premise; they understand that sometimes companies are going to need to keep certain legacy infrastructure on the ground.
