This applies to all customers running 2010 workflow on SharePoint Online.
What will happen if you don’t act now?

What are the solutions?
Customers can refactor their SharePoint 2010 workflow in Microsoft Power Automate, this will modernise workflows with the latest technology. Providing ongoing support via Microsoft O365.
What’s involved in upgrading – will it take a long time?
Simple workflow can be reproduced quite quickly, while complex workflow will usually require the help of a development resource.
What are the pre-requisites for upgrading?
While some Microsoft O365 plans include Power Automate free licensing, there are Power Automate Per User and Per Organisational plans that businesses may need to deploy.
Power Automate per user plan which equips a user to run unlimited flows (within service limits) with the full capabilities of Power Automate based on their unique needs for a per user per month price.
Power Automate per flow plan which enables organisations to implement flows with reserved capacity that serve teams, department, or the entire organisation without having to license each end user. This is charged at a per organisation price to enable all users to run varying amounts of Microsoft flows.
