Our experience and expertise in Microsoft Azure is second to none. Here, we demonstrate how we enable complete, compliant and secure migrations to Azure public cloud.

Our client hosted their infrastructure in a managed datacentre via a partner agreement. This presented difficulties due to cost and ultimately was no longer tenable due to contract requirements.
As they were currently in a managed datacentre, they required a hosting platform for their entire infrastructure footprint with the capability to expand as needed, as well as the migration of their services.
Our client took this opportunity to expand the services offered to their users as well as migrate their services. Requiring the introduction of an application delivery platform too.
Working with Evros, the client completed a knowledge transfer session with us to outline all of their asks. Evros then customised the approach to deliver a multi-phase Spark solution to meet all their requirements.
This allowed Evros to support them in the design, migration, and management of the environment.
Leveraging Spark and implementing a ‘landing zone’ in Azure, allowed Evros to convey confidence in the platform by ensuring all necessary industry compliance and regulations were adhered too.
As it was our client’s first non-managed datacentre, key aspects like Security and Networking were a priority ensuring functionality of service and protection of data were addressed in design and throughout the migration phases.
Evros used their proven playbook method to assess and migrate the client’s workloads. This gave them transparency and trust during the migration. Evros was then able to execute all workload migrations successfully without issue or delay. This included the rehosting of several Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 servers which allowed for greater granularity of insight into hosted applications and increased performance.
Thanks to Evros’ Azure migration experience, our client completed their move to Azure on time and within budget. This allowed them to focus on their next phase of service introduction.
As a result, our client now runs solely from Azure with a reduced cost footprint and increased user services. By leveraging Azure Spark to maximise the benefits of Azure, Evros enabled the business to be confident in Azure meeting their needs both pre, and post migration.
Over the years, we’ve invested heavily in developing our own, first of its kind, dedicated Microsoft practice which has since grown to over 40 consultants and engineers, all focused on delivering Microsoft solutions, backed by more than 150 level 1, 2, 3 and 4 engineers offering full technical support services.
Implementing this investment has enabled us to cultivate a centre of excellence, which embraces the CSP model and has seen us make substantial investment into dedicated portals, automation and marketing to significantly grow our CSP sales via our Digital Hub.
Of course, Azure is fundamental in allowing businesses to move more freely in the way that they deliver services and also how they compete within a continually changing digital landscape.
Because of this, we have invested heavily in our Azure capabilities, led by our Principal Azure Solution Architect and MVP, Joe Carlyle. And we have also placed our migration portal capability tools at the centre of our focus.
As well as being indispensable in the deployment of Office 365 and Azure migrations, our dedicated team also supports and delivers Exchange and Active Directory upgrades to some of the largest users in the industry.
As we work to expand our Azure capability even further, we have successfully developed a mature Azure Managed Service offering which is based on the ITIL framework and backed by the ISO 20000 and 27001 certifications.
Our Security Operations Centre assists customers in securing their IT infrastructure and a subdivision of this centre is dedicated to delivering Microsoft Security Services to Office 365 and Azure customers. This is also closely aligned with the EMS suite to enable delivery.
Finally, Evros is equipped with offices on both sides of the world so that we are able to support our managed services on a 24/7/365 basis.
